Continuing with our high touch, high tech approach, we are working diligently on the next phase of our new website: a more streamlined application process and even more security for your clients’ identifying information:
- Quote Requests: Once submitted from LLIS.com, the data automatically populates our client relationship management database and an application.
- Applications: Your clients have the ability to complete sections of their application after the interview (for those bits of information they don’t have readily available). You have the ability to complete the financial section of their application (at the client’s request), with the remainder of the application withheld from view for privacy compliance.
- It’s all done securely with data encryption of sensitive personal information; substantially reducing the stream of emails requesting and providing information. And with less room for human error. The data entered by you and your clients flows from one form to another, and is only revised at your direction or theirs.
- May is also Motorcycle Awareness Month, all about educating motorists about recognizing motorcyclists and encouraging motorcyclists to be careful on the road. Kathy (“Harley Honey,” as she calls herself) thinks this should be every month.
