We are constantly reviewing our services, procedures, educational offerings, and technology based on advisor and client input.
“I’m concerned about emailing personal information.” We’re working on that. As part of this process, our systems will be even more secure and will nearly eliminate the need for emailing information.
“I want to be able to find things easily on your site.” Done. You can now search our entire site for just one word.
“It would be great if my clients could fill out just one quote request if they want quotes for multiple insurance types.” We heard you and we agree. Your clients soon will have the ability to choose a combination Term & Disability quote request. And down the line, if we discover your clients want to apply for more than one type of insurance, with the click of a button our case managers will be able to create a multi-solution application.
“Some of my clients are huge tablet users. It would be nice if they could complete quote requests on them.” Great idea! We’ve watched our website analytics and noticed a trend toward more tablet and mobile device usage. Our new website is responsive and mobile-friendly.
“I’d like more client-specific information on your website that I can send them to.” Easy. There are now two distinct sections on our website: Advisors and Clients. Both are accessible by everyone, but some of the information in each section is specific to that type of visitor.
“Instant quotes would be helpful.” This is the one request we just can't fulfill. Why? Because of the extensive pre-underwriting we do to help your clients find the right solution at the right price. No one likes surprises. And when your clients get instant quotes, more times than not the end result is quite surprising. With the right amount of input from your clients, they have a good idea up front what their coverage may look like, instead of months down the line after they’ve gone through the intrusive underwriting process, had paramedical exams, answered the same questions three times, and are nearly done with their application process. That kind of frustration can lead them to the unwise decision to just drop it. Your goal and ours is to help them protect their income and assets.
