Payment and Cancellation Policy

Please read and check that you agree with this payment and cancellation policy.

Your registration is not complete until registration fee is received.
Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email. If you do not receive confirmation within three business days, please contact us at 877-254-4429.
All cancellations must be received in writing by 12 noon on January 29, 2024 for refund (less a $25 administrative fee). No refunds after that date, however substitutions will be accepted.
If I book then need to cancel a hotel reservation, I will notify dina@thetype-writer.com to arrange the cancellation so another advisor can get the low group rate.
