Our high touch, high tech is continually upgrading. Since 2015, we’ve been working on an advanced client and advisor relationship management system. It’s in response to your input, requests, and suggestions. It’s why we hired a chief information officer. Thanks to all of you who have provided this feedback in the last few years, we are close to launching:

• Sensitive document sharing over an encrypted connection (as opposed to email or third-party file services)
• Advisor views of up-to-the-minute client application updates in a dashboard-like view
• Client views of application process status, existing policy information, annual statements, and documents online
• Policy renewals and premium payment reminders via enhanced automated notifications

Plus:

• Internal streamlined controls to minimize data entry duplication
• Application exchange/migration/interoperability between LLIS and insurance companies
• Three-way communication management (LLIS-client-advisor); you and your clients can fill in information gaps when it’s convenient for you (but our high touch is still in play with advisor services team members and case managers and, of course, the friendly voice who answers when you call)
